Uber defiant

Uber Technologies Inc. resumes its services in the Philippines Tuesday, defying an order by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board  regulator’s order that had suspended the ride-hailing firm’s services for a month, causing atrocious traffic on a main road in the capital but risking its drivers being arrested.
