Grand Hyatt Manila approaches completion
The Grand Hyatt Manila recently had its ceremonial blessing, and unveiled its marker with President Rodrigo Duterte gracing the event.
The development, which bring together Federal Land, Inc., ORIX Corp. of Japan, and Hyatt Hotels, is a 66-storey tower that sits on top of the Metrobank Center, currently the tallest building in the country.
Rising beside the hotel will be the 45-storey Grand Hyatt Residences. Grand Hyatt Manila, including Grand Hyatt Residences and Metrobank Center are all within Federal Land’s flagship project—Grand Central Park at North BGC, Taguig.
This 10-hectare mixed-use development is a master planned township where lifestyle and business centers converge.
At the unveiling were (from left) Taguig Congresswoman Pia Cayetano; ORIX Corp. senior chairman Yoshihiko Miyauchi; GT Capital Group chairman George S.K. Ty; His Excellency President Rodrigo Roa Duterte; executive secretary Salvador Medialdea; Federal Land Inc. chairman and CEO Alfred V. Ty; and Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano.
