Car sales surging at Honda

Honda’s  automobile business unit in the Philippines, sold  1,700 vehicles for the month of August,  bringing total sales  since January   to  12,167.

 Honda vehicles  sales  indicate  a 48% increase compared to  sales over the same period last year, says Honda Cars Philippines Inc.

The lone locally-produced Honda vehicle - the City - remains the company’s best seller contributing 44% to HCPI’s August sales.

The recently launched Mobilio shows a lot of promise, posting    a 22% contribution to HCPI August sales. For the month of August, the Mobilio garnered 830 new reservations proving that customers have a strong desire for this type of vehicle in the market today. The Mobilio is Honda’s first seven-seater Multi-purpose Utility Vehicle (MUV) that addresses the market’s need for an affordable family vehicle.

Check out Honda’s latest vehicle line up at any of the dealerships nationwide or drop by Honda’s display event from September 25 to 27 at the Alabang Town Center activity center. This is to give customers an opportunity to take a look at the vehicles being offered and to test drive one for themselves. Cars to be displayed are the following:  City,  Mobilio, t Accord, and  Odyssey.  Event participants will have the opportunity to avail of cash discounts and other special offers that will be available only during the event.
