This is to clarify details in your photo and caption dated 15 May 2015 published on The Standard broadsheet and its website.

For one, the photo showed a Boeing 747 with a punctured nose from another airline, not CEB.

CEB flight 5J 639 Manila – Puerto Princesa used an Airbus A320. It landed in Puerto Princesa at 5:12PM on May 13, 2015, with a punctured nose landing WHEEL, underwent maintenance inspection and a change of tire, and was subsequently released back into service on May 14, 2015.
