Bahay Trese a good way to spend Halloween

Most of us need a good scare every now and then.

This Halloween, there’s no better place to go for a thrill fest than Bahay Trese at Building 3 of Sta. Lucia Mall, inside World of Fun. Sta. Lucia Mall is located along Marcos Highway, Cainta, Rizal.

Bahay Trese doesn’t just rely on special effects and sporadic horror elements that pop up without rhyme or reason.

This theatrical immersive horror experience inside a haunted house makes guests scream, shout, and feel like running away, because it is based on real events.

Experience an immersive horror thrill at Bahay Trese, a haunted house along Marcos Highway

Bahay Trese is inspired by a series of massacres that happened in Manila in 1945, when homes were torched, women were raped and murdered, and men were killed. Bloodshed was everywhere.

The 20-minute tour of Bahay Trese has a story thread, and actors from a leading theater company take guests from room to room, as they reenact that tragic day in our history.

The spooktacular has earned good reviews from guests who come out of the house feeling that they traveled back in time to a world filled with unspeakable horror.

They feel like part of the action as the scary residents of the haunted house—the mysterious caretaker, the lonely little girl, etc.—stand right before and beside them, they can almost touch them, but can’t.

Find out what the reviews are all about. This Halloween season Bahay Trese is open from today until Nov 2.
